We participated in several major telecommunications and IT projects as strategic consultants. We mention below some examples.

We were the IT consultants in the development of the electronic commerce system of the Budapest Commodity Exchange. This included the assessment of the existing system, preparation and execution of the tender, and finally performing quality control during the implementation of the system by the winner of the tender. The unique challenges of this project included the state-of-the-art adaptation of the recent telecommunications-IT convergence and at the same time the utilization of the optimal potential of the existing system. The system is already functioning.

We were IT consultants in perhaps the largest independent Hungarian IT project so far, the development of the complete information systems for Keler Rt. We consulted as well in the implementation of the integrated information systems for Bábolna Rt. We assessed the IS goals of the company, prepared the tender for the project, participated in the evaluation and finally practiced quality control in the implementation.
